Cody Barham

Cody Barham currently serves as the Southern Real Property and Transaction Administrator at Green Diamond Resource Company, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Cody worked as a Certified Appraiser at Alabama Farm Credit ACA from April 2021 to August 2023 and as a Certified General Appraiser and Appraisal Analyst at FOREST RESOURCE CONSULTANTS, INC. from May 2015 to April 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Timber Mart-South and an intern at Plum Creek in 2013. Cody holds a Master of Forest Resources in Forest Business from the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources at The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. Education was completed at Coosa High School in Rome, Georgia.
