Javier Lázaro García

Javier Lázaro García has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Javier is currently working as an AWS Machine Learning Expert at Green Eagle Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Deep Learning Specialist at Clear Image AI from 2018 to 2022. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Data Science Engineer at Motion-S and as a Site Surveyor in Construction Sites at Geotop SA for a brief period. In 2017, they were a Machine Learning Visitor Scientist at AEMet - Agencia Estatal de Meteorología. Javier worked as a Site Surveyor Engineer at Site Engineering Surveys Ltd from 2015 to 2016. Javier also had freelance experience as a General Manager and Webpage Developer in 2014. In the same year, they worked as a Land Surveyor in HS train of Saudi Arabia at Norte topografía. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Responsible for Geometric Control of high-speed trains infrastructures at Norte Topografía S.L. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, they were responsible for Geometric Control of power stations at Norte Topografía S.L.

Javier Lázaro García holds a Master's Degree in Remote Sensing from Universidad de Valencia, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. During this program, their field of study focused on machine learning in remote sensing. In 2012, they also attended FIG Young Surveyors, where they completed an international course that covered various topics such as surveying, photogrammetry, cartography, boundaries, GNSS and GPS, and topographic devices.

In 2018, Javier participated in the 2nd International Summer School on Deep Learning at the University of Genova IRDTA in Brussels/London. The focus of this program was deep learning.
