Before, she was Learning Consultant and Chief of Officer of TalentPool – one of leading training companies in Vietnam. She is Co-founder of Hrs.ULSA. She also was active member of Human Resource Association (HRA). She is oriented to become a consultant in the field of training &

development, especially to improve the capacity of human resources in the agricultural sector.

Nguyet wants to connect people with her positive energy and always works in self-happiness. She loves flowers, cats & dogs.
