Insa Haacke

Insa Haacke is an accomplished Projektmanagerin at Green Fusion GmbH since January 2023, previously serving as Country Manager for AIESEC in Deutschland from July 2020 to June 2022. In this role, Insa managed a diverse team and oversaw strategic and operational planning for the organization, successfully handling a budget of €1,500,000 and achieving a positive fiscal balance. As Head of Organizational Development, Insa led efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster intercultural experiences across a network of 34 local offices. Insa holds a Master of Science in Chemical Biology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
