Rafael Sporysz

Rafael Sporysz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rafael started their career as an Industriemechaniker at Fette Compacting GmbH in 2003, where they worked until 2006. In 2018, they joined ENER-IQ GmbH as a Projektingenieur, a position they held until 2019. Later in 2019, they moved to Energiezentrale Nord GmbH, first as a Projektingenieur and then as a Senior Projektingenieur from 2019 to 2020. Rafael also served as the Geschäftsführer at Energiezentrale Nord GmbH from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they joined CO2worker UG as the Geschäftsführer. Currently, Rafael is working at Green Fusion GmbH as the Lead Operation Management.

Rafael Sporysz has pursued their education in the field of engineering. Rafael obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Flensburg. Rafael further pursued their studies in the field of Production Technology and Management, earning a Master's degree from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
