Lidia Nuñez del Toro has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they worked as a Concierge/Receptionist for Occidental Hotels & Resorts. The following year, they worked as a Supervisor of Reception at the Villa Panamericana for the Comité Organizador de los Juegos Panamericanos Guadalajara 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Concierge for Walt Disney World. In 2013, they were an Especialista en Calidad y Desarrollo for Worken. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Assistant to the CEO at Grupo Abilac Sa de Cv, where they were responsible for administrative activities, organizing the CEO's agenda, planning and organizing travel, providing translations, and more. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the Director Administrativo and Human Resources Management for Green Gold Farms.

Lidia Nuñez del Toro attended the Universidad del Valle de México from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Licenciatura Internacional in Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2011, they attended Glion Institute of Higher Education for further studies in Gestión de hoteles y restaurantes. In 2012, they took a course at Disney University for Advanced Studies in Hospitality Management, as well as an Online Harvard Manage Mentor Course at Harvard Business School for Business/Commerce, General.
