Solenne le Goaziou-Bocquillon

Solenne Le Goaziou-Bocquillon serves as the Chief Soft Skills Officer and CEO of Soft Kids, a company focusing on cultivating soft skills in children and teenagers. Solenne has extensive experience as a seed investor across multiple companies including Green-Got, chilli, Chut! Magazine, jobs_that_makesense, and Arquant Capital. Prior to these roles, Solenne held various significant positions at Shell from 2006 to 2019, including Global HRAM Operations and Projects and HR Account Manager for downstream commercial sectors in Benelux and France. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and several certifications from esteemed institutions such as HEC Paris and ESSEC Business School.
