Monica Morrell Dean

Monica Morrell Dean has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Monica Morrell started their career in 2001 as a Spa Manager at Benchmark Hospitality and then moved on to become an Independent Owner at Morrell Skin Care from 2002 to 2007. In 2008, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Virginia College, where they co-managed a project to open the Cosmetology Department. From 2004 to 2012, Monica founded and operated Spa Morrell, a luxury day spa offering advanced skin care treatments and retail products. In 2012, they became the President and CEO of MD LightAide, Inc., where they led the development and launch of a Light emitting diode device for external dermal treatments. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Specialist at Green Growth Brands since 2019. Throughout their career, Monica has demonstrated strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to community support and philanthropy.

Monica Morrell Dean obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Chattanooga State Community College. Monica Morrell then pursued a certification in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from UC Irvine in the year 2009-2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including Instructor from TN in January 2007, Sales Management from Sandler Training in May 2006, Aesthetics/State Board from State TN in October 2003, and NAACA from National Aesth. Assoc. in February 2003.
