Lee Ann Moore

Throughout her career, Lee Ann Moore has held executive positions in business development, sales, marketing, finance, and operations for consulting and technology services firms. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer for Green Imaging, she led marketing for the Consulting division of KPMG LLP in the United States, focused on helping clients outperform their peers by leveraging digital solutions. She also led strategy and operations for Advisory Marketing, designing a cohesive and efficient approach to marketing operations. She also led strategic messaging and programs to raise the digital marketing acumen of her team.

In 2011, KPMG LLP acquired EquaTerra, a global sourcing and technology consulting firm operating in three continents, where Lee Ann was Chief Marketing Officer. There she and her team led business development, marketing, research, sales support, communications, and third-party relationships.

Before EquaTerra, she started a market strategy consulting firm helping clients with business plans to secure investment opportunities. She also helped early-stage clients with market strategy and research programs. EquaTerra became a client at its founding, and she ultimately shuttered her firm and joined the business to support its exponential growth.

Previously she was Chief Strategy Officer at a procurement consulting firm, a spin-off of SourceNet Solutions, a technology services firm. At SourceNet, she held roles in sales, marketing, product development, and client implementations. Additionally, she served in interim operations roles supporting the firm’s rapid growth in areas like HR, M&A due diligence, and facility expansion.

Before her career in technology services, she had a successful commercial banking career helping businesses and high net worth individuals secure financing and investment advice.

Lee Ann holds a B.B.A. in finance from Baylor University.
