Lucas Evans, P. Eng., PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Pre-Construction at Green Infrastructure Partners since June 2025. Previously, Lucas held the position of Vice President of Heavy Civil for Eastern Canada at Pennecon from July 2020 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the Heavy Civil Division's operations and reporting to top management. Lucas’s extensive experience encompasses roles such as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Pennecon Heavy Civil Limited, where significant contributions were made to projects such as the 75MW Amherst Island Wind Project and the Muskrat Falls Camp Accommodations Project. Earlier experiences include work as a Mine Engineer at Vale and as a Project Engineer for North American Construction Group, managing heavy civil and mining projects. Lucas obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland between 2001 and 2008.
