Callum Jay began their career in 1998 as a Corporate and Audit Services Consultant at Polson Higgs (Arthur Andersen Affiliate). In 2002, they moved to Morgan Stanley Capital International as a Consultant. In 2003, they became the Head of Business Development at Eidos Interactive Ltd, a FTSE 250 company and one of the world's leading publishers and developers of entertainment software. In 2008, they were appointed as the (Corporate/Commercial) Finance Director at Miniweb, a leader in the pioneering industry of Connected TV. In 2012, they took on the role of CFO/CSO at Playfire and CFO & Chief Strategy Officer at Green Man Gaming, a digital games platform selling over 5,500 games from more than 450 publishing partners in 185 countries every month.

Callum Jay attended the University of Otago from 1993 to 1998.
