Ilona Popczyk MSc., MA., Chartered MCIPD has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Ilona began their career in 2014 as a Business Relationship Advisor for AirPlus International. In 2015, they joined Bluefin as a Human Resources Generalist and Operations Manager. In their role as Human Resources Generalist, they provided support to the organisation with a global workforce of approximately 200 employees, managing the employee life cycle for UK and US, as well as the Global Mobility process, including visas and immigration matters. In 2017, they moved to easyGym as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for the management of the overall HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives for the multi-site organisation. In 2019, they were appointed as the Human Resources Director at Green Man Gaming.

Ilona Popczyk MSc., MA., Chartered MCIPD has a comprehensive education history. In 2021, they completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London. From 2016 to 2017, they completed a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from Ealing Hammersmith and West London College. In 2009, they obtained a Master of Arts in Russian Studies from the University of Silesia in Poland. In 2007, they participated in an International Scholarship at the State Pushkin Institute of Russian Language in Moscow. In addition to their educational qualifications, Ilona has obtained a European Test User Certificate from the EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists' Associations) in 2022, a Certificate of Occupational Test Use, Ability and Personality from The British Psychological Society in 2021, a Certificate in Russian for Business Communication from The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in 2006, and a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2020.
