Nick Watt has over six years of work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Green Man Gaming. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at ITHR Group plc from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Parallel Consulting, where they specialized in leveraging data to become more customer-centric and personalize customer experience. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Recruitment Consultant for SQ Computer Personnel, where they supplied both contract and permanent staff.
