Rick Miller started their work experience in 2000 at Boeing as an Industrial Engineer in Production Ops Estimator. Rick then moved on to Walmart in 2001 where they worked as an Industrial/Logistics Engineer in Distribution Centers. At Walmart, they were responsible for various projects including capacity planning, ROI analysis, and process improvements. In 2002, they joined Newell Rubbermaid as a Manufacturing/Project Engineer. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Jabil as an Industrial Engineer. Rick then joined AutoZone in 2006 and held roles such as Merchandising & Commercial Analyst/Sr. Analyst and Manager of Commercial Analysis. In 2011, they joined FedEx as a Business Planning Advisor and later became the Manager of MDM Infrastructure & Analytics. Finally, in 2015, they joined Green Mountain as a Strategic Solutions Manager and eventually assumed the role of Director of Strategic Solutions in 2018.
Rick Miller attended East Mississippi Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an Associate's degree in Engineering. Rick then went on to attend Mississippi State University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
