Stephanie Reid has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. Stephanie is currently serving as a Director of Human Resources at Green Mountain Transit (GMT) since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Burlington School District from October 2019 to May 2022, where they supported daily operations and provided guidance on recruitment, onboarding, benefits, wellness, and payroll issues. Stephanie also held the position of Human Resources Manager at the City of Burlington, Vermont from March 2012 to October 2019. Before that, they worked at TestAmerica as a Human Resource Project Manager, responsible for implementing HR programs and procedures and acting as an HR representative for the corporate employees. Stephanie's early experience includes working as an Area Human Resource Manager at Shaw's Supermarkets from March 1997 to September 2004.

Stephanie Reid has studied Human Resources at Champlain College. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
