Gerald Toumayan

Gerald Toumayan has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Gerald started their career in 1997 at Condusiv Technologies (formerly known as Diskeeper Corporation) as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Director of Training and Development. In this role, they were responsible for supervising 175 employees and reported directly to the CEO. Gerald also trained executives, divisional and departmental managers and oversaw the hiring, training and mentoring of over 250 national and international employees. In 2005, they moved to Panda Security Software as the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager- USA where they managed sales and marketing programs, led and trained teams on company policies and procedures and applied extensive written and verbal communication to build customer and staff loyalty. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Every Child Achieves and Its Affiliated Companies, where they planned and directed all aspects of the company's operational policies, objectives and initiatives to ensure future growth. Gerald directly managed all divisions of the company (HR, Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, Quality Assurance and Executive Structure) for production and oversaw 350 staffs’ functions and production to accomplish company short and long term goals. Since 2017, they have been working as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Green Office Partner. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company’s affairs across all divisions, with direct management responsibilities over Sales and Marketing. Gerald'sresponsibilities include daily operations, HR, organization, systems integration and the overall establishment of the company.
