Gaby Prato is a versatile professional with experience in education and project management. Gaby has held positions primarily in teaching, working as a Preschool Teacher at KLA schools, a Teacher at Nobel Learning Communities, and a Lead Teacher at Kidzone Learning Center and The Carousel School. Gaby currently serves as the Special Projects Manager and School Garden Program Manager - Education Specialist at Green Our Planet.

With a mission to conserve and improve the environment GoP brings the worlds of nature, technology and education together to create alchemy! We provide 'know how' and infrastructure to rockstar teachers who want their students to learn about about science, nutrition, technology, and nature through building and tending their own outdoor and indoor gardens at school! We know that when students in PreK-12th grade schools learn about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math), they absorb and engage better by doing! Green Our Planet (GoP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit conservation organization that runs the largest and one of the most comprehensive school garden programs in the United States.
