Jaimi Shanahan has extensive experience in the field of talent consultancy, currently serving as the Director of Civil Society & Government at Green Park since January 2016. Jaimi has held various roles within Green Park, including Associate Partner and Senior Consultant, contributing to advancements in leadership quality and diversity across the UK's workforce. Prior to this, Jaimi worked at Green Park Interim & Executive Search as a Research Consultant focusing on Charities and Social Enterprise and as a Researcher. Jaimi began a career in recruitment at Veredus UK, working as a Recruitment Administrator from October 2006 to June 2010.
