Emily Tauber began their work experience in 2007 as an Assistant Manager at Columbia Association. In 2011, they became a Resident Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University. Emily then interned as a Food Engineering R&D Intern at McCormick and Company Inc. in 2012. Emily went on to work at McCormick & Company from 2013 to 2022, starting as a Food Engineer Research and Developer and progressing to roles such as Associate Scientist/Engineer, Engineer I, Scientist II, and Senior Scientist. Emily later pursued further education at McCormick and Company, where they became a member of the Multiple Management Board from 2016 to 2019.
