Ken Liermann

Ken Liermann has a solid work experience in the field of operations and management. Ken started their career in 1995 at High Plains Corporation as a Maintenance Technician and later became a Production Operator, responsible for operating the entire plant. In 2001, they joined Abengoa as an Operations Shift Supervisor, overseeing a crew and assisting other sister plants with operational issues. Ken was later promoted to Operations Manager, where they managed daily plant operations and provided guidance to other plants. In 2005, Ken became the Pilot Plant Manager at Abengoa, where they managed day-to-day activities, trained personnel, and oversaw the maintenance and construction of the plant. Ken also managed ISO systems and ensured compliance with safety and environmental procedures. Currently, Ken is working at Green Plains Inc. as an Operation Manager and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager in October 2019.

Ken Liermann attended Southeast Community College from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician (HVACR).
