Annegret Schuler has extensive experience in customer service and project management, currently serving in Kundenservice at Green Planet Energy eG since April 2023. Previously, Annegret held roles in operatives management and online shop management at Happy Sprinkles, where responsibilities included managing B2C online shop orders, coordinating customer inquiries, overseeing complaint management, and optimizing online shop processes. Annegret's career also includes significant experience at exocad GmbH as a System Integration Specialist, providing international project coordination, quality assurance for integrated data, and technical guidance. Earlier positions at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group involved technical product design and support for various projects. Annegret is a trained Technical Product Designer with additional education in digital film and animation.
