Mike Jerman

Mike Jerman is the Chief Financial Officer overseeing the financial, accounting, and treasury operations for GPR. Mike is the managing partner of Hollywell Partners, a national professional services firm with experience in startup financial and accounting leadership across multiple industries. Prior to Hollywell Partners, Mike was a director with PwC LLP in the US and UK focused on assurance and advisory clients with significant experience in debt and equity offerings and business combinations. Mike has an MBA from the University of Oxford and is a registered CPA in the state of Florida.
