Gerard Kohsiek

Gerard Kohsiek is an accomplished real estate professional currently serving as the CEO of Green Real Estate B.V. since September 2024. Kohsiek has extensive board experience, holding positions as a member of the Supervisory Board at Wooncompagnie, which manages over 14,500 homes, and Waterweg Wonen, the largest social housing provider in Vlaardingen with more than 11,000 units, both since April 2017 and January 2022, respectively. Additionally, Kohsiek contributes as a member of the Advisory Board at Stadmakersfonds since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Kohsiek was the Director at Wonam, focusing on the development of rental housing for young professionals in Amsterdam and Utrecht from January 2017 to September 2024, and held the Director position at Maarsen Groep from March 2006 to January 2017. Kohsiek's career began as a real estate advisor at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly DTZ Zadelhoff, from June 1999 to March 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate (MRE) from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, a Master's degree in Dutch law from the University of Groningen, and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Hanze.
