Amanda Chin

Amanda Chin is a Reference Instruction Librarian at Green River College since September 2019, following a role as a Research and Learning Services Specialist at Odegaard Undergraduate Library from September 2018 to June 2019. Prior experience includes positions as an English Second Language Instructor at Literacy Source (September 2017 - July 2018) and an ELL Instructor at Senzoku Gakuen Junior High and High School (April 2015 - March 2017). Additionally, Amanda served as an Instructor at the English Discussion Center at Rikkyo University (April 2013 - March 2015), the University of Hawaii at Manoa (January 2012 - December 2012), and Hawaii Tokai International College (March 2012 - June 2012). Amanda holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Washington Information School (2017 - 2019), a Master of Arts in Second Language Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (2010 - 2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (2008 - 2010).
