Beth Carter serves as the Academic Director for the Madeleine K Albright Young Women Leaders Program at Green River College since October 2017, where responsibilities include academic, university transfer, career, and immigration advising for international students. Additional roles at Green River encompass managing the International Education Program and providing guidance for college orientation and transitions. Beth has also facilitated sessions on organization and time management, along with teaching the International Student College Experience class. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound.
