Kaycee Odom

Kaycee Odom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people strategy and program development. Currently serving as the Manager of People Strategy at Green School Bali since August 2019, Kaycee previously held the position of Director of Business Development at Compass Group from October 2006 to May 2015, where responsibilities included providing dining management and hospitality services within the Senior Living and Retirement industry. Earlier experience includes work as a Program Development and Case Coordinator at Youth Homes Inc. from June 2000 to October 2006, where Kaycee developed a comprehensive program for youth transitioning out of foster care. Kaycee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology from Wake Forest University and a Master of Education in Family Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
