Brett Feldman serves as the Energy Efficiency Manager at Rhode Island Energy, overseeing policy and evaluation for energy efficiency programs since March 2022. In addition to this role, Brett holds positions on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Energy & Commerce Association and AESP, as well as serving as the Co-Chair of the Awards Committee for the Peak Load Management Alliance. Since 2012, Brett has been an Advisory Board Member for Project Green Schools, aimed at fostering environmental leadership through education. Previously, Brett was Vice Chair of the US Department of Commerce’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee from 2018 to 2022 and worked as a Research Director at Guidehouse for nearly a decade, focusing on market research and consulting within the energy sector. Brett has extensive experience in demand response and energy efficiency, having held key positions at Constellation, NSTAR (now Eversource Energy), and Nexant. Brett earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Energy from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
