Lou Raiola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consulting and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Frazier & Deeter and leading the ESG Practice at ethOs, Raiola's expertise is further demonstrated through the founding of ESG Solutions Group, which focuses on transforming ESG risk and compliance into business opportunities. Additionally, Raiola advises various organizations, including Nova Group, GBC, and The Vomela Companies, on ESG strategies and sustainable practices. With a commitment to advancing ESG adoption across multiple sectors, Raiola also plays a key role in the Green Sports Alliance, promoting sustainability within the sports community. Prior to these roles, Raiola founded and led Force Multiply, a company dedicated to fostering partnerships for social good, after earning a BS in Business Administration from Saint John's University.
