Rachael Dziechciarz has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Rachael began their career as an Office Assistant at Sears Essentials Department Store in 2003. Rachael then moved on to be an Attractions Operator at Blizzard Beach at Walt Disney World in 2006. In 2008, they became the Debate Team Captain at Rollins College. In 2010, they were an Office Manager at ABC Home and Commercial Services. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Part Time OPS Office Assistant at FSU College of Law Office of Development and Alumni Affairs, and as a Summer Law Clerk at FL Department of Business & Professional Regulation. In 2014, they were a Gubernatorial Fellow at FL Department of Elder Affairs. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Deutsche Bank as a Bank Holding Company Compliance Officer and Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), and Regulation Graduate. Rachael then moved on to be a Senior Attorney at Florida Public Service Commission from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are a Senior Legal Counsel at Green Street Power Partners.
Rachael Dziechciarz obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida State University College of Law between 2012 and 2015. Rachael also obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University College of Social Sciences and Public Policy between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Philosophy from Rollins College between 2007 and 2010, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Valencia College between 2006 and 2007. In April 2016, they obtained their Attorney certification from The Florida Bar.
