Alexis Logroño

Alexis Logroño has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2015, they began their career as an HR/Marketing Intern at Skill Sprout, LLC. Alexis then joined UNIQLO, where they worked as an HR Coordinator from August 2015 to September 2017. In this role, they focused on mass hiring, recruiting, and onboarding for the company's flagship store in the Midwest. Alexis also collaborated with non-profit organizations to recruit staff with disabilities. Alexis then progressed to become an HR Manager at UNIQLO from September 2017 to June 2021. In this position, they trained and advised management on daily HR operations, resolved employee relations and policy violations, and partnered with HRIS and Payroll Team for employee status changes and pay rate adjustments.

Currently, Alexis is working at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as an Associate HR Business Partner, starting in June 2021.

Alexis Logroño obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Heartland Community College between 2010 and 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2015, Alexis pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Eureka College. In terms of additional certifications, Alexis Logroño became CPR Certified in May 2008 and also holds a certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
