Brian Brock has over 20 years of work experience in various IT and customer service roles. Brian is currently employed as an IT Specialist at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since August 2021. Previously, from 2017 to 2021, Brian worked as a Field Support Technician at GES - Global Experience Specialists, where they resolved computer system issues and maintained the computer asset list. Before that, from 2010 to 2017, they served as a Third Level Technician at UPS, troubleshooting and creating solutions for issues with the WorldShip software. From 2003 to 2010, Brian worked as an Onsite Technician at Ace Computers, diagnosing and repairing computers, setting up networks, and repairing electronic devices. Brian also gained experience in customer service as a Customer Service Agent at Travelocity from 2001 to 2001, where they answered customer queries and made travel reservations. As a Usher at Broadway Multiplex in 2002, Brian greeted and assisted patrons while maintaining cleanliness in the theater.

Brian Brock attended Heald College-Roseville from 1999 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. From 2017 to 2019, they attended National University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
