Carlos Quiñones

Carlos Quiñones has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Laboratory Technician at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since December 2022. Before that, they worked as a Laboratory Supervisor at Ash Grove Cement Company from January 2016 to September 2022. During their time at Ash Grove, they also served as a QC Lead and a Quality Control Technician, where their responsibilities included ensuring safety, reviewing equipment records, and verifying product quality. Prior to Ash Grove, Carlos worked at Cemex Puerto Rico as a Control Room Supervisor, assisting production crews and participating in productivity improvement projects. Carlos also gained experience at CEMEX as a Control Room Operator, managing cement production, coordinating jobs, and maximizing output. Carlos' earlier experience includes a role as a Manufacturer at MOVA Pharmaceuticals, where they were involved in the development of medication and adhered to Standard Operational Procedures and Good Manufacture Procedures.

From 2001 to 2006, Carlos Quiñones attended UPR-Ponce, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology.
