Kim Grabiner has a diverse work experience in talent management, organizational development, and training. Kim is currently the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), where they have implemented various initiatives such as an organization-wide engagement survey and action planning program, the implementation of an organization-wide learning experience platform (LXP), and the creation of the Green Thumb Behaviors competency model.
