Kylie N.

Kylie N. has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Kylie began their career at Oak Park Place as a Certified Nursing Assistant from October 2017 to July 2018. Kylie then transitioned to Anthropologie where they worked as a Senior Sales Associate from July 2015 to December 2018. In 2018, they joined Circle Logistics, Inc as a Recruiting Coordinator for a year. Subsequently, Kylie joined Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in November 2019 and held various roles. Kylie started as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, responsible for managing applicant tracking systems and coordinating recruitment processes until March 2021. Kylie then became a Talent Operations Specialist, driving recruitment technology projects and developing project plans until July 2022. Currently, they serve as a People Operations Specialist at GTI.

Kylie N. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kylie attended the university from 2013 to 2018. Afterward, in 2021, Kylie pursued further education at Northwestern University, where they obtained a certificate in Project Management, completing their studies in the field.
