Matthew Strom

Matthew Strom has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career as a Quality Control Technician at Dryvit Systems, Inc. in 1992 and worked there until 1998. After that, they worked at Bertucci's as a Supervisor/Cook from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, Matthew joined MICROS Systems Inc as an Implementation Consultant III, where they provided support and maintenance for POS systems, developed best practices, trained new employees, and provided customer support until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Oracle in various roles, including System Engineer and Implementation Consultant III, where they provided support for POS products, investigated bugs, and worked with development teams. Recently, Matthew has worked at CDITECH as an Implementation Manager, configuring and installing POS systems, providing support for Enterprise customers, and ensuring operational efficiency. Currently, they are employed at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as an IT Operations Engineer.

Matthew Strom's education history includes the following:

- In 2005, Matthew obtained an A+ Certification and a Network+ Certification in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Roger Williams University.

- In 2004, Matthew earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Massasoit Community College.

- Matthew attended Mansfield High School from 1988 to 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew has obtained several certifications including A+ and Network+ from CompTIA, as well as certifications related to cannabis affiliations in Massachusetts, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. The institutions responsible for these certifications are the Cannabis Control Commission, Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board, and Pennsylvania Department of Health, respectively.
