Stacy Allura Morelli

Stacy Allura Morelli is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and legal counsel within the cannabis industry. Currently serving as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Green Thumb Industries since April 2022, Stacy oversees compliance across the supply chain and previously managed retail regulatory matters for over 100 dispensaries. Prior experience includes establishing and leading the legal department as General Counsel for CannaCraft, and providing legal support as Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa, focusing on cannabis compliance in California. Additionally, Stacy has worked as an attorney at The Craft Beer Attorney and has gained valuable legal experience through internships with the University of San Diego Veterans Legal Clinic and the United States District Court. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Mini-MBA from Boston University.
