Federica Rizzo

Federica Rizzo serves as Senior Counsel for Regulatory & Sustainability Europe at Owens Corning since January 2023, contributing to the EU Sustainability Council and supporting the EU Leadership Team. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Policy Director at The European Partnership for Energy and the Environment from February 2021 to January 2023, where Rizzo represented the heating, cooling, and refrigeration industry across Europe. Rizzo's legal expertise was further developed through positions as an EU Regulatory Lawyer at Environmental & Energy, and various associate roles at Latham & Watkins and Fieldfisher, focusing on compliance with regulatory frameworks. Additional experience includes legal research and advisory roles at the European Commission and the Council of Europe. Rizzo holds a Master of Public Administration from LUISS School of Government and a law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University, complemented by studies in international and EU law at the University of East Anglia.
