The current leadership team at Green Top Farms has a diverse range of experience in the retail, culinary, and farming industries. The team is composed of a mix of self-taught and professionally trained individuals, who have worked their way up through various companies. These include JackThreads, Foot Locker/CCS, Cafe Orlin, INDAY NYC, El Colmado Butchery, and El Colmado at Gotham West Market. The team's education histories include degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder in Economics and the Institute of Culinary Education in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
