Nicole L. has over a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and sustainability-focused roles. Nicole currently holds the position of Director of Communications and Strategic Partnerships at GreenWealth Energy, where they specialize in promoting EV charging infrastructure for commercial properties. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Senior Marketing & Communications Consultant at Nicole Landers Consulting, where they collaborated with various companies in the clean tech, consumer-packaged brands, media, and non-profit sectors to increase market growth. Nicole also served as the Director of Consumer and Driver Communications at Volta Charging, leading PR programs to support the company's clean energy goals. Additionally, Nicole has experience in co-founding and serving as the Executive Director of Community Healing Gardens, an organization that brings gardening education and green space to underserved communities. Nicole has held leadership positions in marketing and communications at Zola, a plant-based organic beverage brand, and Planet Experts, an online media company focused on climate change. Nicole's early career includes roles as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Marquis, a no-sugar beverage brand, and as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Pylantis Global, a startup in bioplastics. Nicole also worked in marketing, public relations, and sustainability leadership at Green Planet Productions, a green film production company, and co-founded eConnect Grp, a sustainability consulting firm.

Nicole L. has a diverse education history that includes studying drama in high school at the High School of Peforming Arts/LaGuardia High School of the Arts, where they focused on dramatics and theater arts. After high school, Nicole attended the Stella Adler Conservatory for a two-year program in theater. Following their time at the conservatory, they went on to graduate from UCLA, where they completed a Sustainability Certificate Program. In addition to their formal education, Nicole also obtained a certification as a Climate Reality Leader from The Climate Reality Project in September 2015.
