David Zackowitz

David Zackowitz has extensive experience in the finance industry. David is currently working as the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Greenbacker since April 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked at The Blackstone Group as a Managing Director from December 2019 to July 2022 and as a Principal from May 2015 to December 2019. Before joining The Blackstone Group, David served as a Managing Director at C-III Capital Partners from September 2012 to April 2015. David also held positions at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as a Senior Vice President from October 2008 to July 2012 and at Lehman Brothers as a Vice President from July 2001 to September 2008.

David Zackowitz attended Cornell University from 1997 to 2001, during which they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Policy Analysis & Management.
