Kyle T.

Kyle T. has a diverse work experience, primarily in the solar energy industry. Kyle started their career at Finca Esperanza Verde as a RES Student Worker in 2009. Kyle then worked part-time as a Front End Employee at Lowe's Home Improvement from 2008 to 2010. In 2006, they became a Snowboard Instructor at Appalachian Ski Mountain, where they taught all ages and levels and instructed a snowboarding class at ASU for three semesters.

In 2010, Kyle joined Lighthouse Solar as a Project Lead, responsible for managing solar energy projects. Kyle later became the Service and O&M Manager, handling O&M contracts, commissioning, inspections, and system walk-throughs for commercial and residential projects. At Lumos Solar, Kyle worked as a Technical Sales Support Specialist from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Kyle co-founded Namasté Solar and held various roles. As the Co-owner/Residential Service Manager, they managed residential services, and as the Co-Owner/O&M Portfolio Manager, they oversaw the operation and maintenance of solar portfolios.

Kyle's most recent position is as the Senior Manager Solar Operations at Greenbacker Group, LLC, starting in April 2019.

Kyle T. attended Appalachian State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Appropriate Technology. In addition to their degree, they also hold a Journeyman Electrician certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, obtained in April 2018, as well as a NABCEP PV certification from NABCEP, obtained in September 2012.
