Donald Ferguson

Donald Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the field of open space stewardship and management. Donald has worked as a Green Space Services Director at Greenbelt since 2016, where they advise developers on designing and managing open spaces responsibly. Prior to that, they served as a Services Manager at Greenbelt from January 2020 to May 2023. Donald also worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Greenbelt from August 2016 to January 2020. Before joining Greenbelt, Donald worked as a Fleet Manager/Senior Foreman at THOMAS ANGEL GARDENS LTD from March 2012 to August 2016.

Donald Ferguson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Horticulture/Horticulture Operations, General from The Scottish Agricultural College from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Higher National Certificate in Landscape Management at Langside College from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they hold a certification in Operational Inspections of Children's Playgrounds from RPII (Register of Play Inspectors International).
