Eric Allen

Eric Allen is an experienced construction and development professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Construction & Development at Greenberg Gibbons since October 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Sr. Director of Development & Construction at Tanger Outlets from April 2022 to October 2022. Eric's extensive career also includes serving as Vice President of Construction at Starwood Retail Partners LLC from January 2018 to June 2020, and as Senior Project Manager at Simon Property Group from October 2006 to January 2018. Earlier in the career, Eric was the Director of Construction at A&R Development from 2003 to 2006 and worked as a Project Manager at Whiting-Turner from 1992 to 2003. Eric earned a degree from Lehigh University, where studies were completed between 1988 and 1992.
