Christopher Neumann serves as Co-Chair of the Environmental Practice and co-leader of the Mining Practice at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, providing legal counsel across various industries, including natural gas, petroleum, and mining. With a robust background in environmental law, Christopher was Chair of the Colorado Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission from 2005 to 2016 and Vice Chair of the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission from 2004 to 2007, contributing to the development of key regulations in Colorado. Additionally, Christopher served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder, teaching courses in Environmental Litigation and Hazardous Waste Law. Christopher holds a JD in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.S. in Engineering and Environmental Science from the University of Notre Dame.
