Dr MacIej Tąkiel

Dr. Maciej Tąkiel, EMBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Innovation at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where leadership of the Business Development & Marketing and Innovation teams involves overseeing strategic initiatives and operations in Poland. As an academic lecturer, Tąkiel teaches Legal Design Thinking at Uniwersytet SWPS and Legal Aspects of International B2C Transactions at Kozminski University. Additional expertise includes contributions as an expert in the field of Digital Real Estate and participation in the Grupa Robocza ds. Sztucznej Inteligencji at the Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji. Tąkiel has a robust background in law, having worked previously as a Capital Markets and M&A Lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and holds multiple degrees in law and international relations, including a PhD in Law from Kozminski University and an Executive MBA.
