Matt Squires

Matt Squires is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, specializing in representing domestic and international emerging growth companies and venture capital firms across various industries, including technology, clean energy, and financial services, through venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private capital markets transactions. Previously, Matt served as a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, leading the Latin America practice group and focusing on cross-border transactions, as well as an Associate at Milbank LLP in the Global Securities practice group. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and advanced and undergraduate degrees in English Literature from Brigham Young University.
