Vicki Smith-Bilt

Vicki Smith-Bilt has extensive experience in managing various aspects of business operations and human resources in the legal industry. Vicki has served as the Director of Strategic Space Design Management at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where they were responsible for office space design, construction, moves, and decommissioning. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Director for the founding office of the same firm, managing all business operations, including strategic planning, finance, human resources, marketing, and technology.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Vicki held the position of Administrator at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, where they oversaw local business operations and managed the acquisition and remodeling of office space. Vicki also served as the Director of Human Resources at Saint Thomas University, where they directed all HR activities for the university and law school.

Earlier in their career, Vicki worked as the Human Resources Manager at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where they managed all local HR activities and implemented staffing policies and workweek hours changes. Vicki also held roles as Personnel Manager at Stuzin & Camner, P.A. and Human Resources Manager/Director of Office Services at Paul, Landy, Beiley & Harper, P.A., where they handled recruitment, compensation, performance evaluations, and payroll administration. Vicki was also involved in technology implementation and played a crucial role in the closing team after the firm ceased operations.

Vicki Smith-Bilt obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Nova Southeastern University in 1993.
