Jon Adams has extensive experience in the field of safety management. Jon started their career in 1990 at Bechtel Corporation/CRC/Westinghouse, where they served as a Principal Technical Specialist, providing training at a large nuclear laboratory in Southeast Idaho. Jon continued in this role until 2001, during which they established a new construction training program for contractors at the facility.
From 2001 to 2005, Jon worked as a Safety Manager/Consultant at Atlas Mechanical/Mountain States Compliance, building a large brewery malt plant. Jon successfully completed the project with no injuries and developed an effective audit program.
In 2005, Jon joined YMC Inc. as a Safety Manager, working on a large new construction project for a ski resort. Jon collaborated with the prime contractor, provided guidance, and conducted daily audits to ensure compliance.
From 2008 to 2014, Jon served as an Area Safety Manager at Ames Construction. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring employees followed safety policies and procedures, reported on the safety program to the regional manager, and supervised six project safety managers.
Jon then worked at Granite Construction from 2014 to 2015 as a Safety Manager, followed by General Atomics from 2015 to 2017, also as a Safety Manager. At General Atomics, they implemented safety measures and policies until February 2017.
Most recently, Jon held positions at Industrial Company and Greenberry Industrial, both as a Regional Safety Manager. Jon joined Industrial Company in 2017 and moved to Greenberry Industrial as a Corporate Safety Manager in July 2018.

Jon Adams completed a Master of Education (MEd) in Industrial Training at Idaho State University from 1990 to 1993. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Adams obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering from Warren National University. Jon also returned to Idaho State University for another Master of Education (MEd) in Industrial Training, though the start and end years are not provided for this degree.
