Greenbridge
Jim Cantelmi began their career at Omega Pultrusions Div in 1990, starting as a Project Engineer and eventually becoming the VP of Engineering. While in this role, they led a team of engineers responsible for designing products, tooling, equipment, and processes for manufacturing pultruded products. In 2001, they joined Polychem Corporation as the General Manager of the Equipment Group. Jim then moved on to lead the manufacturing operation, which included the production of Polypropylene and PET Strapping. Currently, their position at Polychem is as the VP of Operations.
Jim Cantelmi received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. Later, they pursued higher education at Loyola University Maryland, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from 1987 to 2000.
