Monica Murnan

Monica Murnan has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1995 as the Executive Director of The Family Resource Center. Monica then moved on to become the Mayor of Pittsburg, KS in 2014, and served as a City Commissioner from 2013 to 2017. In 2012, they joined the Education Service Center - Greenbush as the Director of Student Support Services, and later became the Director of Center of Community Supports. Additionally, they worked as a Representative for District 3 in the Kansas Legislature from 2016 to 2020.

Monica Murnan has a Master's Degree in School Administration from Pittsburg State University. Monica also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same university.
